I have started my virtual job experience when pandemic strikes. I’ve worked in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry for almost a decade. Starting as a Customer Service Specialist, then worked my way up becoming a Team Leader, and eventually a Performance Development Coach.
I started my work-from-home journey back in May 2021, as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I began as Sales Manager managing one of the Real Estate Company in Utah, USA. After a year, I became the Program Manager of the company.
I have decided to explore and expand my skills, and worked as a Quality Analyst under a Payment Processing Company.
As I continue to realized that there’s more to the virtual industry business, I have decided to learn about SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and now thriving to become one of the leading specialist in this field.
